Our Meals
The Noble Child Nutrition Department, regulated by the USDA, Federal Programs, the Oklahoma State Department, and the Cleveland County Health Department, offers a variety of meals to Noble students. Copies of monthly menus are posted regularly on the Lunch Menus page.
PreK – 3rd Grade
Traditional meals following Oklahoma State Department guidelines are served to 4-year-olds through 3rd grade at Katherine I. Daily and John K. Hubbard Elementary Schools.
4th – 12th Grade
Students at Pioneer Elementary, Curtis Inge Middle School, and Noble High School choose from three meals daily: a traditional meal, sandwich meal, or chef salad meal. Fruit, small salads, and a variety of milk choices are available every day.

Free Meals for Every Student — CEP
Community Eligibility Provision · 2026–2027
Noble Public Schools will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). This means all enrolled students at Noble Public Schools will be able to receive a free lunch and breakfast at their school, at no charge to your household, for each school day of the 2026–2027 School Year.
One form is required: all students must have on file the SY27 OKSDE Economically Disadvantaged Form. This form must be filled out for each child that attends Noble Public Schools, regardless of whether they plan to participate in CEP or not.

MySchoolBucks
MySchoolBucks lets you manage your child's school meal account online — deposit funds, set up auto payments, view meal purchases, and get low-balance emails. The mobile app puts balances, purchases, and payments right on your phone.
- Go to myschoolbucks com — you'll register for an account, and you must have your student's 6-digit Student ID number.
- Use the drop-down to select the state: Oklahoma.
- Use the drop-downs to select the school district: Noble Public Schools.
- Set up your parent account — then add your students and you're ready to go.
Smart Snacks
All foods and beverages sold to students during the school day — including fundraisers and school stores — must meet the USDA's Smart Snacks in School nutrition standards. Planning a snack sale or classroom treat? Special Dietary Needs & Allergies
We Can Accommodate Your Child
USDA regulations require schools to make substitutions or modifications to school meals for children whose disabilities restrict their diets, supported by a signed statement from a licensed physician. If your child has a food allergy, intolerance, or medical condition that affects what they can eat, contact the Child Nutrition Department at ChildNutrition@nobleps.com or (405) 872-5690 — and let your school nurse know as well, so your child's needs are on file everywhere they eat.

Policies & Required Information
Wellness Policy
The Noble Public Schools' Local Wellness Policy is a written document that guides Noble Public Schools (NPS) efforts to establish a school environment that promotes students' health, well-being, and ability to learn.
The wellness policy requirement was established by the Child Nutrition and Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Reauthorization Act of 2004 and further strengthened by the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. This act requires each local educational agency (LEA) participating in the National School Lunch Program and/or School Breakfast Program to develop a wellness policy.
The Noble Independent School District recognizes the important role that schools play in the development of children's lifelong health habits, their ability to learn, and their overall well-being. This policy requires all schools in the District to:
- Allow parents, students, and representatives of the school food authority, physical education teachers, school health professionals, the school board, school administrators, and the general public to participate in the development, implementation, review, and update of the school wellness policy
- Establish nutrition guidelines that meet or exceed the USDA's school meal requirements and the nutrition standards for competitive foods and beverages
- Create goals for nutrition promotion and education, physical activity and physical education, and other activities that promote student health
- Adopt a plan to ensure the policy is properly implemented, regularly assessed, and periodically updated

Charge & Unpaid Meal Charge Policy
All school food authorities operating under the National School Lunch and/or Breakfast Programs must have a written policy on unpaid meal charges. The District will allow students to charge up to a determined amount. This amount will be communicated to students, parents/guardians, and child nutrition supervisors. Once a student has exceeded this amount, the student will be served an alternate meal. In addition, the district will do the following:
- Inform the student and parent/guardian that they are approaching or exceeding the determined amount, that the alternate meal is applicable to lunch meals only, will continue until the unpaid balance is below the determined amount, and will be charged at the student's current rate
- Train the District's Child Nutrition Department on the Unpaid Meal Charge Policy and proper protocol so the alternate meal is presented in a non-discriminating manner
USDA Nondiscrimination Statement
In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity, in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA (not all bases apply to all programs). Remedies and complaint filing deadlines vary by program or incident.
Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g., Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.) should contact the responsible Agency or USDA's TARGET Center at (202) 720-2600 (voice and TTY) or contact USDA through the Federal Relay Service at (800) 877-8339. Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.
To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Civil Rights Compliance & Enforcement
