  • The Mission of the Noble Public Schools Campus Police Department is to protect and serve the students, faculty, staff, and visitors of the district while maintaining a safe learning atmosphere for children. The officers are certified with the state of Oklahoma and have all powers, authority, and responsibilities granted by the state. The motto of your Noble Campus Police Department is:

    "A Commitment To Excellence."

The Campus Police Department has established an agreement with the city of Noble to include adjacent public roads and property. We try hard to maintain a great working relationship with the city / county / state officers of the district to include cross-jurisdiction cohesion with the district.

In addition, Noble Campus PD School Resource Officers have been cross commissioned with the Cleveland County Sheriff Department under Sheriff Chris Amason’s leadership.  Noble Campus PD holds full Law Enforcement jurisdictional office county-wide.

The Campus Police Department adheres to the National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) best practices: Our Administration requires that all SROs be carefully selected law enforcement officers who have received or will receive specialized SRO training in the use of police powers and authority in a school environment. The roles of the SRO  is clearly defined to include: Law Enforcement Officer to protect, a Mentor / informal Teacher to learn, & an informal counselor for future success.

SROs are not school disciplinarians. We will refer any student handbook conduct violation to the proper school official for further action.

  • Keeping our students, employees and visitors safe is a top priority. NPS has adopted the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) developed by the I Love U Guys Foundation. SRP- I Love U Guys
The I Love U Guys Foundation was started in 2006 by John-Michael and Ellen Keyes following a school shooting that took the life of their daughter, Emily. She had texted “I Love U Guys” during the ordeal, setting a tone that has become the mission and ethos of the Foundation: Kindness, Community, and Responsibility.

In an event of an emergency or exigent circumstances, there may be limitations that your child(ren) may not be available for immediate check-out. If the facility is in a Lockdown, Shelter, Evacuate, or Secure there may be an extended waiting period before conducting a Reunification scenario.

Noble Campus Police recognizes the goal to keep your children safe and back into your loving arms as soon as we can- but first we must deal with the emergency situation that presents itself.
